With Qgiv, a donor on your website can quickly and safely give directly to your organization. Qgiv fully integrates the entire Qgiv system into your navigation, your theme and your wording so that donors feel at ease. No coding, no learning how to create forms, we will take care of that for you!
Specify multiple restrictions for your donors to give to or leave it up to them to specify. Not only can they choose a restriction, but they can split their gift between multiple restrictions in the same transaction.
Multiple Forms
If your campaign needs more than one fundraising page, or more than one event registration page, Barnstorm can help. We provide unlimited pages with just one Barnstorm Account.
No matter what the fundraising or campaign page is for, you get a blank slate to create the page that best fits your campaign. And best of all, your pages all look and feel like your website.
If you need unique pages that differ from your main campaign “theme,” Barnstorm can create custom themes to match just about any website. You can have one theme for your main contribution page, another theme for your events page and still more themes if you need them for unlimited pages. Each individual theme may incur a small charge, please contact Barnstorm for details.
Your Look & Feel
One of the most important features we offer is the ability for your contribution forms to look and feel exactly like your website. This is a unique feature in the online contribution industry and we feel it is the best way for a supporter to feel comfortable giving to your campaign.
No knowledge of advanced web languages is required, we do the work for you. Barnstorm’s site engineers will take your website and wrap it around your contribution forms. You can use that website wrap (or “skin”) on any other forms you create as a part of your Barnstorm Account.
There is no extra fee for this service, it is included as a part of Barnstorm’s pricing. If you need to update your “skin” we are happy to help, most updates are free of charge, only major updates or complete replacement of a skin would incur a small fee.
Recurring
With Qgiv's flexible recurring options a donor can easily choose the best frequency and starting date for their situation. Your donors will have all the options they need.
Donors receive a customized email receipt each time a recurring donation occurs, giving them the tax-deductible receipts they need and reducing your workload. Donors also have self-management links in each email that allow them to edit or cancel their recurring donations.
Security
Barnstorm is a Qgiv service and as such is a Level 1 PCI Compliant Payment Gateway. You have the right to know if your provider is in compliance with The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). You can check any provider's compliance status with lists maintained by Visa (PDF: list link) If your provider or potential provider is not on this list, ask why!
SelfAdministration
Barnstorm has the best self administration in the industry. With full control over your contribution form and the ability to create new forms instantly, you can make changes on your schedule without waiting for anyone else.
Barnstorm includes a full dashboard for real-time views on how your contribution campaigns are performing. See daily, weekly or monthly views on performance, or create custom date ranges to analyze advertising or event impact on fundraising.
Receipts & Reporting
Thanking your contributors automatically and accessing your transaction information are two of the most important things after receiving a contribution.
Once the transaction is complete, Barnstorm sends a receipt by email that you have customized in advance. This instant confirmation is sent along with a copy of their transaction details.
Barnstorm transaction reporting and search ability lets you create instant reports available for download in a variety of formats that make it easy to manage your data. Available exports include FEC Reports, Excel, Quickbooks, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Peachtree, CSV and more. Custom exports are also an option, we will work with you to create the export you need.
