Will I be able to change the way my event looks?

Yes! Our basic template offers lots of flexible options including but not limited to uploading your own header image/banner, color schemes including background colors, custom content, etc. Please know we are also able to do work with you on custom designs, though additional fees may apply.

My event has some unique requirements. Is Hobnob a good fit?

How long will it take to launch my site?

Not long! A typical installation takes approximately 7 - 10 business days but it also depends on other factors such as whether or not you have you have your own internet merchant account, how much customization you will need, etc.

What if I have questions and need support?

No problem! Hobnob offers unlimited email and phone support. You can use the support system in your Administration Are or contact us for more options.

Will every registrant receive a personal fundraising page?

Yes! Every registrant that provides an email will receive their own personal fundraising page which they can customize.

Are real-time reports available for me to view my list of registrants and donors?

Yes! Thorough reporting is available and can be exported using Excel, CSV or other programs and formats.

Can I run multiple events or campaigns for my organization?

Yes and no additional fees apply! We encourage our clients to run multiple events per year.

How much does Hobnob cost?

Hobnob is surprisingly cost effective! There is a onetime setup fee of $999 along with transaction fees. Please see our Pricing Details for additional information.

What if I also need a year-round giving solution outside of my special event?

Our Qgiv product is a fantastic solution for your other year-round online giving needs branded to match the look and feel of your existing website. In addition to one-time, recurring and tribute gifts, Qgiv can also be easily configured to manage your non-pledge based events such as dinners, galas, golf tournaments, etc.
