If you have a Stripe or authorize.net account, we can get you up and running with Qgiv quickly (sometimes same-day!).
Here’s what we’ll need:
- Some basic information from a signer on the account will need to be submitted through our secure signup portal
- Your W-9 (please eSign this and submit it through our secure signup portal)
- A voided business check or bank letter stating where you’d like your donations deposited
And that’s it! We may even be able to get you up and running on the same day, provided we have the information we need!
Not using Stripe or Authorize.net? That’s ok—we can set up a merchant account for you. We’ll just need a little bit more information:
- Some basic information from a signer on the account will need to be submitted through our secure signup portal
- Your W-9 (please eSign this and submit it through our secure signup portal)
- A voided business check or bank letter stating where you’d like your donations deposited. Depending on the situation, one or both of these may be required. We’ll let you know!
- Your tax exemption paperwork from the IRS
You’re almost there! Once you submit your required documents through the secure signup portal, we’ll submit your information to underwriting for approval. Once approved, we’ll activate your account with Qgiv.
