Before using Qgiv, Pensacola Humane Society was using GiftWorks to track donations. It was a lot of manual data entry, a little outdated, and was simply too much work. They needed a user-friendly, time-saving way to run their events and track donations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There was a bit of turnover at the organization, and PHS realized that Qgiv was being underutilized. They immediately dug right in to learning how to use the system and were pleasantly surprised at the wealth of features available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free training geared specifically for Pensacola Humane Society\u2019s needs led to learning how to use tools such as badges and email campaigns to significantly boost participant engagement. PHS also started utilizing Qgiv\u2019s integration with Bloomerang, allowing seamless export of their transaction data from Qgiv to their CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pensacola Humane Society\u2019s 2018 Paws on Palafox event raised $20,000 more than the previous year. Their top team raised 183% more, and their top individual fundraiser raised 178% more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event is an annual community-oriented peer-to-peer fundraising walk event with individual and team fundraising options. The event invites dog owners from the area to bring their furry friends out for a morning of fun and games, culminating in a group walk around a lake in the center of town. Sponsors from the community are on hand to provide fun, refreshments, and prizes for participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
