We had a few hiccups initially upon launch just trying to learn the system, and the customer support team was great in helping us get things figured out in a timely manner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"missouri\">The webinars have been extremely helpful. My background is in retail marketing, so coming to a charitable organization was a bit of a learning curve for me. The webinars have been great in helping me understand who is giving, how they&#8217;re giving, and what keeps them giving. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We were also involved in the beta testing for the new donation forms, which was great. The new pages launched just in time for our annual capital campaign.
