All of New Orleans is without power and an estimated one million people across Louisiana and Missouri are without power. However, donors should take the time to make sure their support goes to legitimate relief organizations. You can donate to their work <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alanaid.org\/donate\/\">here<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charity.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Greater New Orleans Foundation <\/a>&nbsp;is a philanthropic organization that connects donors to causes that transform New Orleans. The Greater New Orleans Foundation is currently accepting donations to their Disaster Response and Restoration Fund in the wake of Hurricane Ida. Donations will support urgent recovery efforts and allow the Foundation to deploy significant resources to local nonprofit partners leading disaster response on the ground.
