Erica published <strong><em>Monthly Giving. The Sleeping Giant<\/em><\/strong> in 2013, and her second book, <strong><em>Monthly Giving Made Easy, <\/em><\/strong>came out mid-2021. She created the Monthly Donor Road Map and several e-books, including the <em>Top 7 Questions about Monthly Giving<\/em>, the <em>Monthly Donor Retention Play-Book<\/em>, and more.&nbsp; Erica is a Master Trainer for the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the former International Fundraising Congress US Ambassador.
