Qgiv has wonderful, helpful customer service and support. Our team saw some issues with fraud toward the end of the year, and the support team was great with helping me and the rest of our teams understand the issues and navigate ways to deter fraudsters. It’s an inevitable reality with online donations, so having the speedy support from you all was HUGE. On top of that, the system is easy to use and understand, and it’s fun to create forms! Also, I’d say that it’s great that the Qgiv team is always open to suggestions for enhancements, and the educational webinars are very helpful along the way.
