- Best Results: Overall and Small Business – G2’s Best Results Index is calculated based on return on investment and how likely a nonprofit is to recommend Qgiv to a friend.
- Best Support: Overall, Mid-Market, and Small Business – The Support Index category is calculated based on quality of support and ease of doing business with Qgiv.
- High Performer: Overall and Small Business – The High Performer index is calculated based on the number of high customer satisfaction scores a company receives in relation to their market presence scores.
- Easiest To Use: Overall – The Easiest to Use index is awarded to the highest Ease of Use-rated product within the fundraising technology category.
- Easiest Admin: Overall – The Easiest Admin index is calculated based on customer satisfaction with administration-specific product attributes.
- Easiest Setup: Overall – This award is given based on customer satisfaction with the set-up process for each product.
- Easiest To Do Business With: Overall and Small Business – This index is calculated based on customer satisfaction doing business with Qgiv and willingness to recommend the product to a friend.
- Best Meets Requirements: Overall – This award is given based on customers’ satisfaction with the product’s ability to meet their requirements.
- Fastest Implementation: The Fastest Implementation product in the Implementation Index had the shortest go-live time in its category.
G2, a top peer-to-peer business review site, ranks Qgiv in each of these areas quarterly based on reviews from verified Qgiv users.
