Why Are We Here?

Qgiv exists to help people fulfill their passion to make a difference. In 2007, Qgiv was founded by a couple of friends looking for a way to make it easy for nonprofit, faith-based, and political organizations to accept online donations and payments. A concept grown from a dorm room almost 15 years ago, Qgiv now provides thoughtfully-designed, user-friendly fundraising software to some pretty great people at more than 4,500 organizations in the US and Canada.

We love what we do, and we’re seriously invested in seeing our clients succeed. There’s even a company Slack channel dedicated to celebrating when clients reach campaign goals and to share client feedback (which we use to improve the platform and develop nifty new features!). We’re known for being active—and very enthusiastic—fundraisers for client campaigns, and many of our team members come from nonprofit backgrounds, serve on nonprofit boards, or have even started their own organizations since working at Qgiv!

Our teams may or may not be on a first-name basis with many of our clients… and know their pets’ names, too (shout-out to @roadtripcooper, the cutest nonprofit staff member's pup we know). We love learning more about what our clients do, what they’re passionate about, and how we can make their jobs easier. Through client visits and Fundraising Labs hosted across the country, we’ve gotten to know so many of our clients and see first-hand the challenges and joys they encounter each day. We love seeing our clients change the world, and we’re so glad they choose Qgiv to help make that a little bit easier.
