I am satisfied once I was able to contact you. I am not happy that you do not have any way to get hold of you on the weekends or after hours. It seems that our issues with the kiosk happen on weekends or at very inconvenient times. I strongly suggestt that you figure out how to have some sort of after hours contact response.
