So far so good. Prior to choosing Qgiv for our school, I looked into several companies that offer similar services. I chose Qgiv for a number of reasons. Ease of use was important to me. I wanted to be able to understand, implement and navigate the various options with ease. The price was doable. Since we are a non-profit and we happen to operate on a minimal budget, it was important to get the services we wanted for a price that fit our budget. I did not want to sign a contract. I wanted a company that allowed me to opt out if the service did not yield the expectations we had hoped for. Finally, customer service is important. This one is hard to judge because all of the companies I looked into offered excellent customer service upfront. I had to determine if they would continue to offer that same excellence once I signed on the bottom line. My assessment thus far is that Qgiv is consistent with their customer service and that I will get the attention I need as I need it throughout our engagement.

It's sad that the trolls found us and routinely overwhelm our site to test their stolen credit card numbers, but so be it. Dylan has been very helpful with CAPTCHA....turning it on and off as we request. Donors and staff don't like CAPTCHA, but it's a fact of life. Dylan also used the trolls' data (e.g. IP address) to block the offending sites. THRILLED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM QGIV!!
