Afton did a great job of keeping me informed and helping me. I wish that e-checks could be voided and/or refunded the same way Credit card transactions are. This refund has been a long drawn out affair, because e-check transactions are handled differently. Thank you Afton for your excellent work in helping me through this. Hopefully we won't have to do it again soon. :-)
