It was a basic call and response. I confess, I have never even logged in to our Qgiv account in the year plus that we've been a customer of Qgiv. I don't think we've had much use of the Qgiv functionality on our website, but I should learn how to get in there are review our account activity. Are you kidding? After attending a conference call training session and submitting a bunch of information and beginning to edit my site your underwriter denied me with virtually no explanation and then you want to continue sending me emails, like this one?

I guess I made a mistake. It was not clear who I was giving my donation to. Then when I checked she did not get credit for my contribution. I contacted or responded to the e-mail thanking me and explained what happened. Now they did credit my gift to her hard work. Thanks
