“Qgiv is very easy to navigate and it’s easy to create custom reports. This is especially nice for me, since I do not generally have a good grasp of financial matters when they get complicated. Our donors seem to like the payment process and find it to be simple.
My favorite feature of Qgiv is the organization of “Batches & Settlements,” which is something I recently discovered as a way to make bank reconciliations much easier! I’m using it every day now. I’ve recently started navigating to other places on the site besides the same places I always go, and I’m finding every area to be very easy to follow and understand.”
