On April 15, 2021, hundreds of fundraisers gathered for the first Fundraising Lab workshop of the year to learn inspiring new ideas for hybrid events and digital fundraising techniques. They also collaborated on how to enhance their year-round giving programs.

Attendees heard from Qgiv’s Nonprofit Education Manager, Abby Jarvis, on how to use tools and tactics to optimize their hybrid fundraising events and capture donor attention both near and far.

Jennifer Mansfield, VP of Customer Experience at Qgiv, then took the mic to reveal new platform features to enhance the Qgiv user and fundraising experience. She further explored real-world examples of how nonprofits have found success with virtual fundraising.

During each session, attendees were able to collaborate with each other in an open discussion, sharing ideas and thoughts along the way. The two-hour workshop closed with an announcement of future features Qgiv users can expect to see throughout the year and a live Q&A discussion during which attendees could ask their personal questions and challenges.

Here’s a quick recap of each session for more details:

In her session, she shared tips and ideas for running a hybrid event. A few of them included:
